If your order comprises plain items which are in stock, our objective is to process your order within one working day and to dispatch your goods for delivery within 2-3 working days. For items that are temporarily out of stock, we will endeavour to arrange delivery of your goods within 10 working days. Items that are to be decorated (embroidered or printed) may take longer and the processing time will depend on the complexity and quantity of the decoration required and the elapse time for the design(s) to be approved. Our aim is to process decorated items as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Generally, orders will be dispatched by our partner courier service, DPD. Occasionally, we may use an alternative carrier, Royal Mail or Parcel Force. This remains at the discretion of Workwear Plus.
DPD couriers will provide you with full tracking once your order is dispatched. On the morning of the date of delivery you will receive an email or text message, giving you a one-hour window in which you can expect your order to be delivered.
DPD can also make alternative arrangements with you, such as changing the delivery date or leaving instructions to deliver with a neighbour, as you require. To view DPD Tracking click here:

We offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders over £99 (ex VAT)
Workwear Plus applies delivery charges to cover the cost of packaging and postage/courier services. Our policy is to charge sufficient to cover our costs NOT to profit from these additional charges.
